yes, I started taking daily iron supplement as prescribed and it is now normal. I take it with food and first take a vitamin C tablet than wait a few minutes to take the iron. It absorbs better.

I guess my question is about his blood. He has had 1 and 1/2 chemo treatments and he is going in for blood tests M, W, F to check his red and white cell counts and get transfusions if needed. So far he needs 2 pints of blood every other day.
