Looking it up on the internet, it doesnt seem very effective, and it looks pretty toxic, so I would love to hear from anyone who has had any experience of this drug, or any alternative treatment, for double-hit lymphoma.

However for the last 4-5 months my neck is sensitive and some days I feel pains on the side of my neck under the ears on both sides and at the back of the neck and shoulders. We have run several tests and they cannot find anything and YET I hurt..... worried about recurence as you can imagine.
I don't know what to do....

Hello Group - My name is Pam, 63 year old retired nurse. I just finished 6 months of Bendemustine/Rituxamab (BR) treatment for follicular lymphoma stage 4. The majority of providers are recommending a 2 year - every 2 month infusion of Rituxamab. I've also heard some LLS physicians state they no longer use this protocol due to weakening of the immune system - with COVID and all still active would increase our chances of getting it. My check up yesterday, I knew would be with assistant, I met 1 time prior and tried not to make judgment. Yesterday I asked pointed questions! I couldn't get an answer!!!! Agh!
