Look online for an Rx card from Imbruvica, it will lower your cost to 0 for a year, then do that each year.
I did not get approved by Johnson and Johnson so my co-pay for January was $2750. That however, with other prescriptions, put me in to the Catastrophic Category for Medicare Part D, and my co-pay for the Imbruvica is now $670 per 28 days - still ridiculous but far better than the $2750!
try getting approved for financial help from manufacturers Johnso and Johnson

YES! My oncologist got me a grant from the PAN Foundation that covers the copay that remains after Medicare pays the bulk of the cost. I understand that there are several such groups that help so get your doc to investigate. If they are not set up to do that start your own research effort. Good luck!
