It all depends on the patient, the type of lymphoma and the doctor who decides what to use for the infusion. I had no problem with gazyva but had difficulty sleeping for two nights from the prednisone given to me as a prophylactic to any allergic reactions I might have from gazyva. I read all night long and took a daytime nap and felt fine afterwards.

Kim9, My husband has WM and is receiving Bendamustine and Rituxan. Both on first day and Bendamustine only on second day. He tolerated them both fairly well. He was always given premeds and if he started getting a reaction they would give him something to counteract it. No real nausea. Constipation was his worse issue afterwards. You will do great! Sending hugs and prayers
Katie
