I had Rituxan first line treatment and had my first rituxan maintenance treatment in December. Caught a bad cold 4 weeks ago and am really struggling to get rid of it. Has anyone had a similar problem and how eventually get over it?

A month is long time for a common cold. My Covid symptoms mimicked a mild cold that morphed into a sinus infection that I was slow to treat because I assumed it was Covid, and as such I would just have to let it run it's course! I was negative for Covid after a month, but the "symptom" was raging right along, took 3 cycles of antibiotics to knock it down.

I think the viruses going around are just persistent! My hubby had a virus that lasted over a month.
Sure hope you feel better.

Sorry to hear that you are struggling with a bad cold. There are definitely some nasty flu and bugs out there this winter. I got my COVID booster (had a bit of a reaction) and within a couple of weeks caught a little something else. I have noticed the last several years that fighting things off has become more difficult. (Getting older, our dx don't help with that - unfortunately the CA txs don't help either.) I have not had any tx except surgery. All I can suggest is that you really take care of yourself. Good food and plenty of fluids and rest. Please make yourself / health your priority.

Hope you feel better soon.
