Bloated And Uncomfortable

After getting chemo I guess from 3lbs of fluid pumped in my stomach blows up looks line in pregnant and so uncomfortable. Any suggestions on how to relieve this feeling. Thanks

I have heating pad on my belly and drinking warm lemon water. I guess I can make it moist if I put a wet towel under heat pad. Thank you
