Hi Has Anyone Experienced Thigh Swelling Due To Mass Restricting Blood / Lymph Nodes

I've a 22cm retroperitoneal mass that is low grade B cell lymphoma. My left leg is 3 times the size of my right thigh. Has anyone experienced this ,and if so did the swelling go down once the chemo started?
