I think everyone get Hot flashes they are bad , carry around a hand fan that will help

I get suddenly very hot. Not as bad as menopausal hot flashes, but very uncomfortable. I sometimes get cold when the room is warm too, but not as often.

I get hot sometimes and it seems to last quite a while. I also will break out in a drenching sweat, when I am doing only minor household chores…to the point I need to shower and change clothes. Ugh!!
