Based on the search results provided, I don't have enough specific information about CD20 positive markers in T-cell lymphoma to provide an accurate answer about what this means in breast tissue. This appears to be a complex diagnostic question that would be best discussed with your oncologist who has access to your complete medical history and test results.

What we do know is that T-cell lymphomas are blood cancers that develop from infection-fighting immune cells called T cells. When someone has T-cell lymphoma, they have too many abnormal T cells that don't work properly. Your healthcare team may use various diagnostic tests including flow cytometry to provide information about which type of lymphocyte has become cancerous, as well as genetic tests to identify specific mutations in your cancer cells. These test results help determine the exact type of lymphoma and guide treatment decisions.
