MuthuswamyChandrashekhar,
Hi! I too have DLBCL with T cell rich. I haven't seen many people on here with the same diagnosis. I had treatments of RCHOP chemo. I've been in remission for 4 yrs. As for your question with supplements I take B12, D3 with calcium, multi vitamin, zinc, Vit C, and Balance of Nature. If you have any questions for me please do not hesitate to ask me. I hope you're doing well with your treatments. Kelly

While undergoing Pola-R-CHP chemotherapy, it's important to focus on essential nutrients, particularly vitamin B12 and folic acid. Good dietary sources of vitamin B12 include clams, fortified cereals, tuna, Greek yogurt, salmon, beef, chicken, and eggs. For folic acid, consider incorporating spinach, fortified cereals, black-eyed peas, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, and avocado into your diet. Staying hydrated is crucial during chemotherapy treatment. While water is the best choice, if plain water is difficult to drink, try adding fresh fruit or opt for low-sugar sports drinks. Be mindful with caffeine intake as coffee and tea can affect iron absorption. Always consult with your healthcare team before starting any new supplements, as they may interact with your treatment.
