Dito. Glofitamab.
After being in remission for 6 1/2 years from NHDLBCL, after R-CHOP, we used the Breyanzi version of CAR-T, which took almost 3 months for all the prep work before the reinfusion. This worked for about six weeks then failed after which the cancer exploded at a rate that amazed my oncologist. We then used the, recently approved, bi-specific Glofitumab (Columvi) which put me into complete remission in less than 3 months! We started treatment almost immediately, as Glofitumab is an "off the shelf" drug. I have been in CR now for a year and and half. Please know that everybody is different and each cancer is different. But Glofitumab (Columvi), which had been approved 3 month prior, saved my life. I believe they use the bi-specifics only as a third line treatment only if CAR-T fails. The main problem with CAR-T is all the prep work required and the time it takes. I had no CRS with CAR-T at all and one CRS incident with Glofitumab (well worth it!).
