Hi, Bill--sorry to hear about the nose bleeds. I took brukinsa for a few months but didn't have severe side effects. I was taking another drug at the same time, revlimid (sp?) which I think made me weak. Hard to tell. I started getting night sweats again and the doctor put me on glofitamab, an infusion for 12 sessions. That seems to have worked for me! One day at a time. Good luck!

Sorry to hear that. I am on Rituximab and Imbruvica for maintenance after chymo. I don't have notable side effects. I have stage 4 MCL I've been in remission for more than a year. Imbruvica is well tolerated, my oncologist said so. I have to agree with him.

Hi Bill. Sorry to hear this happened to you. I am currently being treated for Mantle Cell lymphoma as part of the BRAZAN trial. The first three cycles included Bendamustine and Rituximab with daily Zanubrutinib pills. I did not have any serious side effects and I felt more or less normal by Day 7. The next three cycles are high dose Cytarabine and Rituximab, but they drop the Zanubrutib pills. These infusions are administered over two nights in the hospital. I completed one of these and I am currently waiting for my room to open up for treatment no 5. My platelets had dropped to 7 and I needed a platelet transfusion. I'm also getting a lot of back pain which I associate with the treatment. The nose bleed sounds bad. After I complete the six chemo/ immunotherapy cycles I'll have 2-years of maintenance with bi-monthly rituximab and daily Zanubrutinib pills. I'm hoping my body will recover back to normal. I hope your situation improves. By the way, I had a complete metabolic response with a Deauville score of 2 (remission) at the halfway point. I hope you are in remission as well. Take care.

Hi Bill186, after life threatening complication from Rituximab/ bendamustine, my new onc dr said we would use Brukinsa at relapse. I’m going in October for 6 month recheck. These drugs can have serious side effects. I dread relapse and treatment. But the alternative is let lymphoma kill me, so chin up, be brave, and fight on. Today is a gift ❤️
