Hi BetteJane.
I lost most of my hair with r chop but it did grow back.
Like others, it grew back curly, and much darker than before.
I wore soft chemo caps.
I've now lost it after whole brain radiotherapy and am hopeful it will grow back eventually.
Sending you a warm hug 🤗
Dawn 😊
BetteJane,
Hi! I lost my long blonde thick hair having rchop. My hair started falling out after my first treatment. After second treatment I really lost it. I had my husband shave my head. I chose not to wear a wig. I wore soft caps and tied a long scarf around my head and made a bow by my ear for bulk. My hair came back curly but it now is about half the thickness and slow to grow. But I’ve been in remission for 4 1/2yrs. Praise God! I also figured as I lost my hair that had to mean the rchop was working killing the cancer! Kelly
I lost mine within 2 weeks of first treatment. After all my chemo it is growing back in little soft tight curls. Ha.
And I was always straight before.
