• Increased bleeding or bruising
• Night sweats
• Fever
• Weight loss Treatment options for bone marrow involvement may include:

Chemotherapy (alone or combined with other treatments)
• Targeted therapy
• Bone marrow transplantation (also called stem cell transplantation)

In bone marrow transplantation, chemotherapy is first used to eliminate diseased bone marrow, followed by an infusion of healthy blood stem cells that will create new, healthy bone marrow.
