I am a retired MD, radiologist.
I use Pubmed and Medscape
I found a few articles that reviewed discoloration of the nose in patients with leukemia other immuno-compromised persons.
It describes fungal infections of the turbinates, which can be visualized on direct examination, perhaps by your oncologist or ear, nose and throat. ENT
If so, this should be evaluated immediately.
Go to Pubmed, search discoloration, nose, leukemia
Not meaning to be an alarmist, but "prepare for the worst and hope for the best."
