The electrolyte powders different flavors that you can add to your water they seem to help me a lot I don't drink a lot of water so I get cramps but I pick up some of those boxes and they have different flavors and add half cuz I don't put the whole thing in and it works really well u stay well hydrated I hope this helped a bit have a wonderful day.
