Diagnosed with DLBCL(PBL) Primary Breast Lymphoma in Dec 2025. Pola-R-CHP .

I start 6 rounds of Pola-R-CHP chemo tomorrow. I have 3/4 lumbar punctures with Methotrexate during my 3,4 and 5th treatments. After chemo I will be hospitalized for a week with IV Methotrexate. Anyone else familiar with this regimen?

Had the R chop treatment - 6 rounds. Very effective for some cancers. I ended up with some success and had to follow up with Car t treatment which put me in remission. Good luck and stay strong.
