I understand. Blueberries and grapes are 2 of the most loaded with health benefits.
I eat red or green seedless grapes everyday!!

I would try staying well hydrated, eating bananas and blueberries, and giving it a week or so. If it gets worse or doesn’t improve, then seek medical attention. One thing I’ve realized since the diagnosis is that we tend to immediately assume that every symptom or sensation is related to the lymphoma. Keep us posted!

Your potassium could be low. Try eating bananas and blueberries.
I would have never thought that fruit could help but it does!!

Thank you. I’m going to try some blueberries. I really don’t want to be going to a doctor for it. I’m just trying to get back to my normal routine.

Muscle cramping across multiple areas of the body — especially when it starts suddenly — is worth taking seriously, and reaching out to a lymphoma care team right away is strongly recommended.
Lymphoma and its treatments can cause pain and discomfort in several ways:
- Swollen lymph nodes or tumors can press on nearby nerves and tissues, causing pain in the chest, back, and abdomen
- If lymphoma affects the bones, bone pain can radiate and feel like muscle pain
- Chemotherapy and other treatments can cause nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy), leading to pain, tingling, burning, or weakness in the limbs Because the cramping is widespread and came on suddenly, it's important not to wait this one out. Chest involvement in particular needs prompt attention, as lymphoma in the chest area can cause pressure and pain.
Please contact a lymphoma care team as soon as possible — ideally today. They can assess whether this is related to lymphoma, a treatment side effect, or something else that needs attention. Don't downplay the symptoms when describing them; be specific about where the cramping is and when it started.
