Barb , metastasis from lymphoma is a different animal compared to the usual lung and breast cancers .lymphoma can go anywhere that has lymph nodes ie, chest abdomen and pelvis as well as solid organs such as the spleen , kidneys and adrenal glands where there are lymphatics .Stage 4,, although not the greatest , is still very curable with lymphoma .Most people with large cell lymphoma usually present with stage 3 or 4 .Stage 4 breast and lung cancer have a dismal prognosis ., while not the case for lymphoma ..Lymphoma prognosis has a lot to do with its genetics, ie myc, Bcl2and6 Positivity or non germinal cell , or Cd5 positive have a worse prognosis but still curable
Best regards
Frank
