My brother, age 56 at diagnosis had a large mesenteric tumor. He had 1 chemo/rituximab treatment and then got COVID. He was very ill for 9 mo, but when his COVID symptoms had healed enough they chose Radiation over Chemo and the tumor is gone and he has been cancer free since then.
Prayers and hugs go out to you on this journey! (His was Follicular NHL)

Mesenteric lymphoma is an extremely rare form of lymphoma that affects fewer than 1 in 200,000 people. It develops in the mesentery, which is the tissue between your intestine and abdominal wall. It's typically classified as a non-Hodgkin lymphoma and usually appears as either follicular lymphoma or diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Because this condition is so rare, much of what we know comes from individual case reports. While this can make it challenging to predict outcomes, there have been cases showing positive responses to treatment. The typical treatment approach involves surgery to remove the mass, followed by chemotherapy, often combined with rituximab.
