My brain fog was so bad that I actually thought I was losing my mind. I even had mental testing with a neuropsychiatrist and found out that I had ADD. I had suspected it before because I am so good at procrastinating and being off target. My internist tried me on the lowest dose of Ritalin, and after a few weeks, I noticed a huge difference in my thought processes and attention spans to finish tasks.
