Has anyone with lymphoma tried red light therapy or have information on it?

Red light therapy isn't something that comes up in the current research specifically for lymphoma patients. While there are several complementary therapies that have been studied for people with lymphoma, red light therapy isn't among the well-documented ones at this time.

Some complementary therapies that do have more evidence behind them for lymphoma patients include:

- Meditation and guided imagery – can help with pain, nausea, anxiety, and quality of life
- Yoga – shown to improve mental health, sleep, and stress
- Tai chi and qigong – can improve physical health and wellbeing
- Massage therapy – may help with physical and mental symptoms (though deep tissue massage requires caution if lymphoma has spread to bones)
- Hypnosis – may reduce pain, fatigue, nausea, and anxiety

Before trying any new therapy, it's always worth having a conversation with your oncologist. Some therapies can interact with treatments or cause unexpected complications, so getting that green light (pun intended) from your care team is really important.
