I'm sorry to hear you're having pain during treatment, not unusual. We're individuals and each of us has various experiences during and after treatment.
If you're pain isn't relieved by taking Tylenol 500mgs, tell your doctor you need stronger analgesic, perhaps even Morphine - one of THE BEST pain medications. Be honest with yourself and don't be afraid to speak up about your pain level.
During R-CHOP for DLBCL I had a urinary tract infection and my immune system couldn't fight it. I ended up with SEPSIS and went to hospital via ambulance. I was semi-comatose, lost my ability to walk, was delirious and having hallucinations. I spent 8 weeks in hospital.
So, I'm relaying this information because pain isn't all you have to consider during R-CHOP treatment. Make sure you let your family know about Sepsis (Septicemia) and it's telltale signs. I learned when I recovered that it's quite a common illness due to the strength of chemotherapy drugs...they can wipe out your immune system. Read about it and keep a daily diary about how your feeling.

I had 6 rounds of RChop, thank God I didn't have any side effects. Maybe fatigue but that's all.

If you need ask your Dr for Tylenol 3 its a mix and will work wonders

What does your Healthcare team recommend? Give them a call. They are there to help you. I took Tylenol every 4-6 hours as needed. Have you had your bloodwork checked? Could be from low counts.
