I have read that this condition is rare but I have a biopsy for breast cancer coming up and I also have non hodgkin lymphoma. I am wondering if you can have both at the same time!

I was just diagnosed a week ago and don't meet with my doctor to discuss next steps until after the new year. He mentioned possibly doing "watch and wait" method and I've read a lot that backs that up, which really surprises me. Why would you wait until things got worse to pursue any type of treatment?

I have Primary Cutaneous B cell lymphoma Follicular centre type. Its a rather rare indolent type. I suffer because many people think its not a real cancer because I don't look sick enough to have a cancer 😥

Chemo is directly related to new cancers in our bodies. My doctor also told me indolent lymphomas often lead to other cancers.

I was diagnosed with benign lymphoma in 2020. Have it on my left cheek, can fell it when i run my fingers on it. It hasn't changed in size since the diagnosis. The doctors had not prescribed any medication back in 2020. They told me that it'll heal as time passes but it hasn't. I don't feel any pain in my cheeks. Stay strong, I've failed five in five and stopped a sixth due to financial and insurance stuff.
I was diagnosed with indolent Mantle Cell Lymphoma. No symptoms, almost nothing to detect in blood test and some very small lymph notes seen on PET scan. Biopsy and testing pointed to very slow indolent process. Had 4 months first follow up scan and blood test. Very little changes in scan and blood test. I have urticaria for 2.5 years which was not attributed to any lymphoma at that time. But now it may have been a symptom of it. Doctor offered now those 2 choices. In the article titled “Oral Treatments vs. Chemotherapy for Indolent Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL)” there was a discussion and chart detailing the oral drugs being used to combat indolent MCL.
