Ex. My son is immune suppressed bcs of medication he takes for a rare chronic disease and we are cautious but not overprotective of his environment. I assume it is the same for ppl with NHL watch and wait? Or are there additional precautions against infection, beyond the normal precautions, specifically related to cancer? Thanks

Actively watching/monitoring stinks. I decided the best way forward was to get my body in the best shape possible. I had 6 rounds of Rchop for my follicular grade 3b
I had 8 rounds G-Chop and did not reach remission. Onto 2nd line now with R2.

But recently my cervical, above shoulder and occipital lymph nodes got swollen for the last 30 days without symptoms. Actually I am fit, healthy and hitting my gym regularly. My question is should I stop wait & watch and opt for treatment of Betamustine, Rituximab therapy as my Doctor suggested at the beginning when diagnosed, but he followed wait and watch till any symptoms appear. Can you guide me in this situation.
