I went to oncology and he gave me copy of biopsy. Does anybody know what it means when it says mature low grade B-cell lymphoma with CD5 co-expression , most consistent with small lymphocytic lymphoma/chronic lymphocytic leukemia

I was diagnosed with CLL/SLL 9/2022 after finding swollen lymph nodes in my neck. Now they are in several parts of my body, and I have a slightly elevated WBC, but have no other "significant" symptoms. I'm on watchful waiting protocol. Has anyone else dealt with increasing lymph node swelling over a fairly short time and received no treatment? Also, could swollen nodes in the throat area affect swallowing? Seems like I have a harder time swallowing my vitamins.

Ex. My son is immune suppressed bcs of medication he takes for a rare chronic disease and we are cautious but not overprotective of his environment. I assume it is the same for ppl with NHL watch and wait? Or are there additional precautions against infection, beyond the normal precautions, specifically related to cancer? Thanks

I found out today that I am going to be taking an oral chemo drug that sounds like McCalquien but I didn't want the person to spell it. Does anybody know the exact spelling?

June 2019 i was diagnosed with primary cns lymphoma.
This year in march i had an ovary removed. They found diffuse large b cell lymphoma. My oncologist wants to put me on the r-CHOP regimen with stem cell transplant to follow as maintainance therapy.

I was diagnosed with benign lymphoma in 2020. Have it on my left cheek, can fell it when i run my fingers on it. It hasn't changed in size since the diagnosis. The doctors had not prescribed any medication back in 2020. They told me that it'll heal as time passes but it hasn't. I don't feel any pain in my cheeks. The only symptom i have is sudden variations in my body weight. So i just wanted to know if any of you have or had it and it would be great if i hear it out from you regarding the diet… read more
