Maybe depends on the type or we just unlucky to breath something in the air.
June 2019 i was diagnosed with primary cns lymphoma.
This year in march i had an ovary removed. They found diffuse large b cell lymphoma. My oncologist wants to put me on the r-CHOP regimen with stem cell transplant to follow as maintainance therapy.
No. I don’t believe my cancer or anyone else’s was Covid vaccine related. I was diagnosed with NHL / DLBCL in August 2021. I had already had 2 COVID vaccines earlier that same year. My oncologist… read more
Bless you Donna! ❤️
I know that night sweats, fatigue, and itching can be related but Drs don't seem to know why and don't really offer any treatment or explanation other than if the "B" symptoms get bad enough or the disease seems to be progressing as evidenced by your routine CT and/or bloodwork - then it is typically time to bring on the Chemo or Immuno therapies. My Drs don't even document these things when I report them now. I am on my 2nd serious sinus infection this year. Anybody else?
Ex. My son is immune suppressed bcs of medication he takes for a rare chronic disease and we are cautious but not overprotective of his environment. I am getting a pet scan on Jan 24 to see if my lymphoma is back after six yr cancer free. I had a sinus and respiratory infection when I had my cancer scan done, it might be that my lymph nodes were swollen due to me being sick with a sinus and respriratory infection. I am worried and just waiting to see. Any one ever hear of that?
Hello Group - My name is Pam, 63 year old retired nurse. I just finished 6 months of Bendemustine/Rituxamab (BR) treatment for follicular lymphoma stage 4. The majority of providers are recommending a 2 year - every 2 month infusion of Rituxamab. I've also heard some LLS physicians state they no longer use this protocol due to weakening of the immune system - with COVID and all still active would increase our chances of getting it. Anyone have advise/opinion on this? I personally don't feel… read more
