June 2019 i was diagnosed with primary cns lymphoma.
This year in march i had an ovary removed. They found diffuse large b cell lymphoma. My oncologist wants to put me on the r-CHOP regimen with stem cell transplant to follow as maintainance therapy.
I was diagnosed with stage 3 Follicular lymphoma in Oct 2020. Waited 3 months until Feb 2021 for another scan. Again told to wait and see. Not much growth in nodes. I also have an enlarged lingual tonsil that does seem to concern anyone.
I feel the same way.
I had DLBCL and have been Cancer Free for 2 years! Pet Scan Showed 5mm nodule in medial right anterior subcutaneous. Also Slight uptake in the palatine tonsils. Just wondering if anyone has had this and what if any testing was done.

I went to oncology and he gave me copy of biopsy. Does anybody know what it means when it says mature low grade B-cell lymphoma with CD5 co-expression , most consistent with small lymphocytic lymphoma/chronic lymphocytic leukemia

I have read that this condition is rare but I have a biopsy for breast cancer coming up and I also have non hodgkin lymphoma. I am wondering if you can have both at the same time!

I was just diagnosed a week ago and don't meet with my doctor to discuss next steps until after the new year. He mentioned possibly doing "watch and wait" method and I've read a lot that backs that up, which really surprises me. Why would you wait until things got worse to pursue any type of treatment?
